The one on the right uses the Naval Hospital in Bethesda for all his health care needs, as does the members of Congress. The Naval Hospital is entirely supported by your tax dollars. Seniors on Medicare are covered by socialized, i.e. government run medicine.
The one on the left has private health care, but would be better off under a comprehensive, Medicare like program for children (why seniors and not children?)
On the other hand:
This poor child in China probably doesn't have any health care at all.
