Is this man dangerous or is he made of straw? I'd say the latter. But what should disturb you is that the rumbling train of discourse has certainly jumped the tracks. Read on from here:

(emphasis added)Now I ask you, how on earth is Hugo Chavez mouthing off at the UN a strategic threat? Perhaps his Foreign Minister had stolen state secrets and that was why he was detained, and strip searched when leaving the U.S., in violation of every diplomatic protocol in existence.
