This is the second appearance of a StoneHenge-like message being transmitted via Dr. C's little messengers. [See previous here.]
At this point, there is no question in my mind but that we are monitoring a channel, an attempt to communicate, from some rare other ... presence ... out there.
(I'm unsure if Dr. C is one of them or if they picked him because he reminds them of one of them. Maybe they aren't sure either. Maybe he's not sure either.)

As for roaches, they are enormous in Moscow. A hotel I stayed in there was affectionately know as the "Bolshoi Cucaracha."
